Introducing the PoreStore blog
Pore-scale image analysis often involves more than running a calculation. We need to choose appropriate measurements, apply consistent settings, and connect the results to the question we are studying. This blog will demonstrate those steps using PoreStore.
Articles will combine scientific explanation with figures, code, and downloadable notebooks. We will cover using the Python SDK from scripts and notebooks, working with image collections, and interpreting the results of individual analyses. Product announcements will explain what has changed and how to use it.
The aim is to provide examples that you can adapt to your own work. Each example will state its inputs, assumptions, and relevant software versions, with links to the detailed documentation.
For an introduction to the service, visit PoreStore. For Python usage, see the SDK documentation.
